About Me
Hi, I'm Andria.
I’m a psychologist, mentor, and diversity specialist. I help mothers and organizations break cycles of overwork and create systems where human thriving is the priority.
This isn’t just my profession—it’s my lived experience too. I’ve seen the cost of burnout up close. Not just in my years of clinical work with refugees, mothers, and women navigating systems that weren’t designed for them. But in my own life as a mother of four, trying to build a meaningful career without burning out in the process.
Since 2013, I’ve been working with refugee communities and women. Since 2019, I’ve been supporting mothers and families in a clinical setting. This work taught me how deeply systems shape our mental health, our family lives, and our ability to rest.
I believe rest is political. The way we care for ourselves and others has the power to disrupt generations of exhaustion and create something radically different.
